GUARDHOUSE RENOVATION
Happy New Year!

As you are aware the renovation has started. A temporary structure for the guards will be set-up on Cocoplum Rd. just before the intersection of Prado Blvd. We are currently down to one entrance lane and eventually you will be entering by one of the exit lanes.

The City of Coral Gables has informed us the renovation should take approximately 4 to 5 months. We will keep you updated on this site as additional information becomes available. We appreciate your cooperation!
